The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. You can take a shuttle into town or enjoy a 1 1/2 mile walk down Commercial St. A nice fire pit in front of the hotel to enjoy. The beach and ocean are across the street. The hotel people are so very nice. I will only stay at the Harbor Hotel!

We had a wonderful week at the Harbor Hotel in October. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, our room was clean and comfortable, the ocean views are stunning, and the food was great !! What more could you want? A very nice place to stay.....close enough to town, but just far enough away to be peaceful !! Highly recommended !!

This is a great place to stay if you're in Provincetown. Close enough to town to walk or take the shuttle. Nice amenities, lots to do at the site if you don't want to go to town. Great view. Very friendly staff.

Is Harbor Hotel pet-friendly?

Pets are welcome at the Harbor Hotel Provincetown! There is a $43 fee per pet, per night plus tax. Be sure to book a pet-friendly room at the time of reservation.

Is Harbor Hotel open year-round?

Being on the harbor in Cape Cod, ours is a seasonal hotel with varying hours of operation throughout the year. During the shoulder season, our dining outlets and pool may or may not be open, while the front desk schedule may also be subject to changes. If your dates are impacted, additional information will be available in your pre-stay email correspondence.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation fee: At the time of reservation, a 50% deposit is required. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must cancel 30-days prior to arrival, or you will forfeit your deposit. Certain special offers such as BOGO and Advance Purchase are non-refundable.

The free includes WIFI, parking, guest laundry facilities, beach access, and seasonal golf cart transportation to and from downtown. Additional property amenities include access to our heated outdoor pool, fire pits, tropical oasis area with umbrellas, hammocks, games, and fire pits. Our hotel also has seasonal electric scooters and bicycles onsite for an added fee.

Does Harbor Hotel have a shuttle?

Provincetown's seasonal shuttle bus stop is located in front of the Harbor Hotel and offers transportation to Commercial Street for $2 each way. See their website for additional details. Electric scooters are available for rent onsite. And we also offer a golf cart shuttle service to and from downtown.
