Paul made our stay especially memorable. We came to Provincetown from out of state for a memorial service for a friend, and Paul’s kindness and professionalism truly stood out during a difficult time. He was incredibly personable, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. He made us feel genuinely cared for and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. His positive attitude and sincere hospitality made a lasting impression on us, and he is a big reason why we look forward to returning to the Harbor Hotel in the future.

We visited here in May (non-peak season) and enjoyed our days. It's a fairly no-frills hotel, but it's clean and renovated well. The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. He provided us some excellent food recommendations and insights into the town.

Bravo. I spent a couple nights with friends just before the start of the season. Our rooms were recently renovated and tastefully appointed. Bathrooms were pristine. A shout out to Paul at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help, and did it all with a genuine smile. I highly recommend this hotel.
