Here to review the event space for a meeting. New GM is very nice, professional.

The rooms were okay, but they need better upkeep. There were no hooks for towels, no hand soap or body wash, and the bathroom had a hair left behind. The walls had visible scuffs and could use some maintenance. The sand patio also needed cleaning, there was trash and cigar debris, which isn’t ideal for kids. The highlight was Sean at the front desk, his customer service was excellent and made a big difference. If this level of service continues, I’d consider coming back, but overall this stay was just average.

The only negatives is are food nearby and no towel hooks other than that it is an amazing place to stay! The entire staff was amazing especially Yvonne was absolutely the sweetest and most pleasant to deal with. She always had a smile on her face!! Thank you for hosting this years FLAT OUT LOVE event.

The hotel was clean. The staff was spectacular. The room was great. The location may not be ideal for some. It’s about a 40 minute walk from the edge of the “happening” part of Provincetown. But if you’re in it for a quiet, serene beachfront place, this is your hotel. Beautiful, clean, warm pool, nice loungers, beautiful greenery behind the hotel. Bike and scooter rentals can be “turned in” right in front of the hotel, so if you’re willing to buy an hour bike pass you can turn them back in at the hotel.
