Shout out to Jay for his amazing guest experience! I am actually a guest at a neighboring hotel and I desperately needed something for a horrible pounding headache. My front desk concierge did not have anything and recommended I try the hotel next door (Harbor Hotel). Jay was the absolute sweetest and was able to help without hesitation! Thank you so so so much!

I stayed here about 7 years ago the place was falling down and was filthy.....to my delight it has been totally renovated and immaculately clean......i will come back.

Paul made our stay especially memorable. We came to Provincetown from out of state for a memorial service for a friend, and Paul’s kindness and professionalism truly stood out during a difficult time. He was incredibly personable, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. He made us feel genuinely cared for and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. His positive attitude and sincere hospitality made a lasting impression on us, and he is a big reason why we look forward to returning to the Harbor Hotel in the future.
