2 night stay. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Balcony room. Free transport into town from 3-9 pm. Nice outdoor area with pool, cabana bar/food, splash pad for young children, fire pits, hammocks, adk chairs. Bike rentals. Hotel undergoing some upgrades. The issues I had were minor and did not report as I know they are working to upgrade. I'd stay again due to amenities & location. Plus it's across the street from the bay. No elevators for 2nd floor, so if this could be an issue book a first floor room.

We stayed here for two days in early April when it was still off-season in Provincetown. The hotel was quite chill since there weren’t many tourists around yet, and understandably, the swimming pool wasn’t open. The room was clean and neat, though the floor tended to get a bit damp due to the humid weather during our visit. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and special thanks to the front desk staff, especially Moris, who was super friendly and gave us a wonderful dining suggestion in Provincetown
