More like a motel than a hotel, but at hotel prices. The rooms seem recently renovated and were comfortable. Unfortunately, could not get hot water, lukewarm shower at 9p. Could be demand on system although not many guests in the rear building. Really no onsite amenties except for an outdoor pool. It's priced like it is easy access to whatever floats your boat. Too far from the historic town to walk so a tedious drive then $20 parking. Quite aways from outdoor activity at the Cape as well. Not a good overall value. If you want to spend more time in town, snag a hotel closer. If you're there for outdoor, find a place elsewhere on the Cape for less money and just drive to town to have a look.

Probably due to a loss of business during Covid, Dinner Room was closed, no housekeeping service was offered for the 4 days of our stay and the shuttle service was only available on the weekend.

The staff at the front desk were great. The pool was nice. It is too far away from the center of town. I thought with a name like Harbor Hotel it would be close to the harbor. The beach across the street was pretty. The floor in my room had a big crack in the cement floor. I know it is summer, but it is too overpriced. One of the descriptions on the web says"a short walk from downtown" sorry but 1 1/2 miles is not a short walk when you have a suitcase.

Nice room, clean, and good amenities. You *could* walk down to the main part of Commercial Ave if you really wanted to but realistically it's about a 40 minute walk. But for what you pay, it is a very good value.
