Was not happy with the extra fee when I arrived at the hotel.The hotel manager explained to me.It was expedia charges I never booked through them.I found out that it's the charge.The hotel charges do if you do not go through the hotel directly.That was a little surprising, and it was forty nine dollars extra a night

Shout out to Jay for his amazing guest experience! I am actually a guest at a neighboring hotel and I desperately needed something for a horrible pounding headache. My front desk concierge did not have anything and recommended I try the hotel next door (Harbor Hotel). Jay was the absolute sweetest and was able to help without hesitation! Thank you so so so much!
