Have been coming here every year with my daughter for the past four years. Perfect place for kids, clean and they do what they can with the rooms- however- this trip was a little rough. Four years from the onset of Covid they are still not doing any housekeeping during the stay citing that as the reason. Also, a shower fixture meant to hold soap came crashing down on its own to reveal a healthy amount of black mold behind it. The only unforgivable part was they have construction going on, onsite that begins at 8am and is alarmingly loud. Like not only wakes you up loud but difficult to hold a conversation in your own room loud. Insane loud. I spoke with the woman at the front desk who was super polite and not responsible for any of these things, but there wasn’t anything she could do. She would have moved our room but today we are checking out. Still love this place but hope whoever is in charge of construction projects time them better and will be checking next year before I book!

Easy check in, great location, across the street from the beach. Electric scooter/bikes on site. Limited pool bar and grill food. Fun pool atmosphere, pool water was VERY green. Didn't dare to swim! Lots of tables, chairs, umbrellas at pool, fire pits at night. Overall it's a motel feel. It needs updates, paint and thorough cleaning. Hotel room was 2.5/ 5 stars. Beds are firm, pillows soft. No room cleaning, trash or towel exchange without request. We left trash and towels outside our door and got new towels ourselves each day. Small balconies for some rooms are a plus. Carpet in rooms are pretty dirty, lots of stains, wore shoes/ socks the entire time. Socks were pretty dirty from carpet! Bathrooms are in better shape than the rest of the room. Repairs needed on walls, paint chipped, stains etc. Location is super convenient to downtown area, about a 20min walk. Limited vending for drinks only, snacks available in lobby. Best part was golf cart shuttle downtown from 3-9pm.

For some reason they feel the need to shove everyone in the back of the hotel away from the views. Also if you book through a third party site you have to pay an additional $35 fee. The housekeeping staff is very helpful.
