It is a bit far from the center of the town. The golf car shuttle runs from 3-9pm. If you have luggage, from ferry, they won't let you on it unless it's small. Cleaning isn't too clean. The toilet still had poo in it in a bowl and door didn't close . My sheet had stain. You get what you paid for.

For some reason they feel the need to shove everyone in the back of the hotel away from the views. Also if you book through a third party site you have to pay an additional $35 fee. The housekeeping staff is very helpful.

The Harbor Hotel Bayview rooms have views to die for. The rooms are spacious and the windows are large to see your great view and it is right across from Cape Cod Bay6 a beautiful beach. I was in a bayview king suite and the room was more than I could have expected. The bedroom was completely enclosed with a sliding barn door to separate the two rooms. The living room had a nice open up queen size sofa bed as well as a bench / coffee table, and a table to eat at with a few chairs. They were large TVs in both rooms but Cape Cod is so beautiful that I wasn't interested in the TV since there is so much to do here. The king size bed in the bedroom was quite comfortable. There were two bathrooms which made it quite comfortable for sharing with another person. The room and the linens and furniture and floor were clean. If you're the kind of person who likes a lot of space around you then this is the perfect hotel for you. I liked it because the view is unstoppable! They also have a fire pit and comfortable chairs to sit around as well as bicycles you can rent. They also have a cooler of juices wines etc that you may purchase. The staff was was friendly efficient and professional ! Hats off to Jackie, the manager who is doing a bang up job. Thanks for getting me the best room for my visit there with my dad. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to take even a last minute trip to Cape Cod You will not be disappointed with Cape Cod or this hotel :-) Bon Voyage!
