Love this pool! Splash pad, cabana bar serves food and drinks, large enough 3 foot area of pool, plenty of shade, lawn games, fire pits. Rooms are clean. It's not a quick walk downtown (25-35 minutes). There is a bus ($2) that comes by twice an hour and complimentary shuttle 3-9pm. Parking downtown can be challenging, but is possible (if pricey).

We stayed a week at the hotel with my family & my sister's family. The kids had a great time swimming and playing in the outdoor/fire pit area around the pool. They also had fun going across and exploring the bay during low tide. Staff was great too. Definitely will be staying here again when we come to Provincetown!

This place is a hidden gem. The rooms are large and very clean. They are in good condition and the beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and keep the place extremely clean. If you are going to the center of town it’s a hike, but walkable and the hotel has a free shuttle. There are also pedicabs available. Velma took great care of our room.
