The Harbor Hotel is a quaint, roadside style, MCM vintage appeal place to stay just slightly away from the buzz of downtown. There is a marvelous view of the harbor with easy beach access for summertime relaxation and it’s only a short walk up Snail Rd to the dunes and the Shacks on the north side of the Cape. Worth the hike!!! The staff are warm, welcoming and helpful. Maurice (aka Geneva to us) especially! Will definitely visit again. Sincerely Giggles and Mr Lopez.

My work takes me all over the country, and I stay in a lot of hotels - mostly mid-higher range Mariott and Hilton properties. I was nervous about staying in a smaller, independent hotel (no chain properties in PTown) and this was such a pleasant surprise. My room was definitely in need of updates (and the management confirmed they're currently redoing that entire building of rooms) but everything was pristinely clean - the sheets practically sparkled! Our housekeeper (Velma) clearly worked very hard to keep the rooms as clean as possible. The shower, bathroom, towels, linens, everything was the way you would clean your own house (and maybe better!). It was by far the cleanest and best kept room I've stayed in so far this year. It was a most pleasant surprise, and I will definitely stay here again if I need a hotel in the area.
