amazing place!! drinks at the pool bar incredible Emiliano has the best Margaritas. Caili at the front desk so helpful. definitely visiting again.

I've read the complaints ...

I've read the complaints everyone can't be pleased this is by far not a roach motel and as for carpet in rooms the hotel is on the water and has a large outdoor area with sand areas and also allows dogs to stay so in reality having carpet in the rooms would not be ideal. We have stayed several times and we will continue to come. Help is hard to find during the current virus situation im sure we feel the staff is helpful and doing the best they can to assist in any way they can to make for a great stay.. Wait times and small things don't bother us. we would definitely recommend this place to all our friends and family.
