Check in was easy and smooth, this hotel is very retro without all the bells and whistles. Maurice was accommodating and informative keeping me plugged into where to eat and drink. I would scooter in to town each day and take a Uber or petty cab back.

I would like to shout out Maurice and Emiliano at this hotel. I went on a girls trip and they both go above and beyond. One night while in downtown Provincetown, my friends and I had trouble finding an Uber back to our hotel. After that, Emiliano (who also drives Uber) made sure we had a ride back even though this was after 2 am. Maurice provided us with expertise on the area, was so friendly and kind, and gave us a sample of his clam chowder. One of a kind friendly experience you don’t find everywhere in today’s world. Will 100% come back again thanks to their hospitality.

The beds were very comfy. Linens were clean and crisp. Trim and finishes in the room need attention. A fresh coat paint is all that's needed. In the front of the house, Maurice was on duty and we couldn't ask for better. So courteous and helpful. His kindness was genuine. That guy has a good heart. Ask for Maurice when you check in!
