I recently stayed at the Harbor Hotel Provincetown and had a wonderful experience. The room was big and clean, with a beautiful view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is great, right by the beach, and the shuttle bus to town is super convenient. The service was outstanding. Maurice and Caili at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They provided all the helpful info about town, making my visit smoother and more enjoyable. Emiliano at the poolside bar was fantastic as well. He played good music and offered quick service, which made hanging out by the pool a highlight of my stay. Overall, I had a great time at the Harbor Hotel Provincetown and highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit.

I just got back from a stay at the Harbor Hotel Provincetown, and I have to give a shout-out to the amazing staff there. Emiliano at the poolside bar was awesome! He had such a welcoming attitude, and his service was super quick. Whether it was food or drinks, he made sure everything was perfect, making my pool time really enjoyable. Maurice and Caili at the front desk were also fantastic. They were so friendly and welcoming, and they provided all the helpful info I needed. It really made a difference in my stay, having such nice people ready to assist with a smile. Overall, the service at the Harbor Hotel Provincetown was top-notch. I’d definitely recommend staying there if you’re heading to Provincetown!

Stayed here for 8 nights, 2 rooms. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the room but we did have some thoughts. - Staff is relatively nice. Room service did a great job. Beds and linens were comfy. - When I called to make reservations back in February, I was told “everything will be completely remodeled”. It was not. Our room had water stains on the ceiling, the furniture and carpet was stained or chipped, the plugs were loose to the point my phone charger would not stay plugged in, and the bathroom had several spots of broken caulking. I was disappointed. For the price we paid, I expected nicer rooms. - the common area by the pool is nice. The rule of not bringing any food or drink is ridiculous and not very competitive if you ask me. I walked in with a water bottle and was told to take it out. The drinks and food were overpriced at the cabana bar (and not good). Allow your guests to bring their own drinks and snacks. People will still buy from the cabana bar out of convenience. - the fire pits at night were nice. - location was great, but prepared to be a sweaty or wet mess if you want to go downtown before the shuttle starts at 1.

Very cute, recently renovated hotel with very friendly staff and fun amenities. The fire pits sold me on the place. Our shower leaked a bit but staff were wicked responsive. It's about a 30 min into town which can be long in the heat. But there's a $2 shuttle, or rental bikes. Lyft can be unreliable in the area (ours was cancelled due to no drivers). There's a tiny beach right across the street.
