Not so cozy as it looks in the pictures. Very cold floor, easy to clean but not to feel like at home. Booked a room with View - the View was a very dirty window nothing more. Wouldn't come back.

Pretty good price, great location Provincetown Inn is an institution in Ptown. Its on the harbor, a bit outside of downtown, but its swimming pool is the place to be on hot sunny days. During Bear Week, it's absolutely a place to see and be seen, to cool off, and to flirt. 😊 Rooms are what you want for a summer vacation: neat and cozy, near the water., easy parking. Breakfast is served, too. I've stayed a few times over the years and each time felt I got value for money.
