Such a great place to stay with kids and a dog! Proximity to the beach, the pool with splash pad and the room were all amazing!

This place is an untapped Gem! Pet, Kid friendly, and CLEAN! Talk about a hotel with a refresh done right. Come now before this place becomes too much of a hot spot because the word will get out. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. Krista, at check in, was extremely nice and gave each customer before me, and myself the same amount of time and personal attention ensuring a warm welcoming to this property. The rooms have been updated as well as the entire property, creating a more elevated feel and stay than you may have had in the past. This property is located East End on the edge of town, with a quick bike ride or taxi, (or use the free Harbor Hotel shuttle) into the center of town and beyond. The amenities here are great. The room was clean, the decor felt fresh, coffee maker, fridge etc. Upscale toiletry dispensers in the new luxury bathrooms located at both the elevated vanity and tiled shower, giving spa feels with every use. The bed was extremely comfortable. The best sleep I have had in a hotel recently. My bed was made daily and the room refreshed by the room staff of mainly Beatris with Selin finishing up my last couple of days. The pool and kids Splash Pad are perfect. If you have any kids with sensory or special needs, this part offers fun wet play that can not be matched anywhere in town, as well as some astro turf games for everyone. Although the amazing beautiful ocean waters and bay are directly in front of this hotel to enjoy, the pool area can become quite the spot to hang and lounge. There is music and a poolside Grill and Bar offering perfect drinks and snacks, had Emiliano- great cocktail and service. The pool area can be noisy during the open hours, but surprisingly the evening times were met with quieter moments allowing guests who faced into the courtyard time to enjoy bedtime. There is so much, a free wine Happy Hour meet and greet with the Hotel manager, Paul on Friday evenings to help start your weekend, rental bikes and scooters, ocean view fire pits, weekend fitness classes, coffee bar in mornings, popcorn during the day, courtyard fire pits with comfy chairs...(what had intended to be a short stay turned into a small extended unplanned respite. I was at the right place at the right time, surrounded by the right and best people.)

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Super cute vibe. Maurice was so helpful and kind. The location is right on the beach and close to the downtown area. The pool was fantastic. The hammocks, fire pit, ping pong table... all so fun! Our room stayed warm all night, which was the only negative, but once again Maurice made it right. We definitely would stay again and recommend highly to others!
