Enjoyable stay at Harbor Hotel. Excellent location and very helpful and friendly staff. Shout out to Kaloyan & Maurice at the front desk for always accommodating our needs. The shuttle that runs from the hotel is an added benefit and Mike the driver was awesome! Thanks Harbor!

This hotel is awesome. I didn’t know it had everything it did before I booked it. There’s a HEATED swimming pool! It’s a 1 minute drive to Commercial Street. There is 3 fire pits. This place rocks and the staff is very nice. There is also 4 different types of coffee to choose from in the lobby and POPCORN!! And it’s right across from the beach!!!

The Harbor Hotel in Provincetown is fantastic! It is located a ways out of town making it more peaceful than staying near town. A beach stands adjacent and makes for a good walking spot. The rooms were bright and clean with great air conditioning. The beds were great as well. I took several wonderful naps midday. The Harbor Hotel takes the experience to the next level with wonderful customer service. The first employee I encountered made the check in process smooth and through. She gave us transportation recommendations and as well as restaurant suggestions. However, Maurice was the best hotel manager I ever had the plasure of encountering. He takes the job seriously, is committed to making sure guests have a great experience and goes the extra step for guests. I had taken an Uber back to the hotel and realized I forgot my phone in the car. He had overheard me at the desk. Without me even asking, he picked up the phone and FIRMLY told the driver to come back. The driver returned and I got my phone. Also, Maurice is a super funny guy. I chatted with him a while and he is fascinating. He is one of those unique people it is a joy to meet.

Wow. We are coming back in August. Locatiin is great- a small way to the bustle of central P-Town, with a beach just across the way. Great sandbars to walk out on at low tide. Not crowded, while we were here. Short drive (or shuttle) to where all the main action is. We are at a perfect distance. Amenities are pretty good but we didnt use the pool, laundry etc. Rooms fresh and clean, nothing fancy but we arent into that anyways. Firepit at night is very nice. Doggo was welcome. Staff fantastic. As i said, we are coming back in about 6 weeks! We would have tacked on an additional night or two this trip, but alas, i have to get back to work. Thanks to HH for a fantastic stay.
