Let's speak to the positives first. Customer service, including Caili, Maurice, and driver Mike, was awesome! All kind and very accommodating. Housekeeper Gabrielle kept our room neat, tidy, and well stocked with clean towels. The view of the bay was spectacular, with easy beach access. The pool was spacious and heated- a must for a fall visit! The firepits were a fun meeting place at night with engaging conversations. And, a favorite of mine- fresh popped popcorn in the lobby daily! For the negatives, our room had no microwave which forced my husband to go to the lobby for hot water, including for my morning tea, however the lobby did not open until 0800 which resulted in waiting a couple of hours for my morning beverage. Lastly, our room was nicely renovated, however could have used some serious terminal deep cleaning. Ground in dirt is impossible for the housekeeping staff to address. Clean environments are a necessity for any truly satisfied stay! Thank you.

Very good stay

We stayed here for two days in early April when it was still off-season in Provincetown. The hotel was quite chill since there weren’t many tourists around yet, and understandably, the swimming pool wasn’t open. The room was clean and neat, though the floor tended to get a bit damp due to the humid weather during our visit. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and special thanks to the front desk staff, especially Moris, who was super friendly and gave us a wonderful dining suggestion in Provincetown

The location could not be more beautiful, our room, a king suite with harbor view, was exquisite! The whole stay was absolutely lovely, and Maurice, the gentleman that managed check-in, was a great help. He always knows the best places to dine and shop during the off-season. He also ensured our room was warm and inviting for our after-hours arrival. Janet at the front desk is lovely too, and such a lovely lady! We really loved our stay here!
