I stayed here in July 2024. There were four of us, two adults and two kids. We got one of the upgraded suites. This is a personal preference, but we are a family that doesn't spend tons of time in the room and would have preferred a suite that had enough beds for a family of four vs trading it off for living room space where the second room is just a pull out couch. My kids weren't crazy about sharing a bed but they are too young to have their own room and this was the biggest room I could find. Not to mention, the pull out mattress was gross! (Pics below) The location is great - quick access to heart of Provincetown while being a little removed. The kids splash Park area was great. Like others, I don't think the "don't bring food into the pool area" is a good practice. It didn't bother me but I saw others struggling with it and I agree, I think it's confrontational when really allow people to bring their own stuff and people will still buy from the place. I also found there to be lack of towels. Great little beach for seashells! We found so many and my kids loved the walks with the low rise and the access to it. Ps snapped a pic of the jellyfish pillow bc it was cute!

first stay at Harbor Hotel this weekend... definitely recommend if traveling with children - a family friendly property. The front desk/front office team was so accommodating and friendly... we stayed in a bay view room - was really nice to wake up to the water view and sunrise. Being mid October, and a mild weekend, we enjoyed the outdoor heated pool... not super warm, but was fun + refreshing on a sunny, mid 60's day. The fire pit areas were my favorite - both at the front of the property with a sunset and water view, or in the back with comfy loungers in the courtyard. Other fun stuff for the fam - hammocks, splash pad, cornhole, lots lounge areas + picnic tables - all in a huge fenced in courtyard area to enjoy. Cabana Bar (poolside food + drink) was not open this weekend, but that was not an issue for us, as we spent our time eating + drinking on commercial street, or enjoyed our own snacks and drinks while poolside. Lobby area had a great roadside motel feel. Bikes + scooters available to rent out front. Room was updated, clean + comfy... would definitely stay again.
