The location was a short ride out of town, which was perfect. Loved being able to walk across the street to the small beach area. It's perfect for families who don't want the bustle of town. LOVED the hotel shuttle and the FREE bus that came every 30 minutes. It's too much of a hassle to park in town. Rent a bike in PTOWN, there are convenient ones outside hotel, but confusing and very pricey. Great pool area with games and fire pits, BUT... Not being allowed to have even your own water or snacks in the pool area was not only frustrating, but how they enforced it was uncomfortable, demeaning, unnecessary and upsetting. The young "Eastern European" guy came over and scolded us for having a water bottle and our own food. We didn't know this policy, but he continued to monitor us. I understand wanting guests to buy snack bar food, but it shouldn't be a requirement. It pricey and lacked options. My mother has dietary restrictions and will get sick eating certain food. She is 80yrs old and she was literary told to put her water and snack away. Really? cant even have your own water, it was degrading. I had to eat the salad I bought outside the area bc he was watching everyone the entire time and kept going up to people...1 day a week they invite the community to the pool, that's really nice, exept there weren't 2 chairs for high paying guest. My mom had to sit on her walker and I stood... We SHOULD NOT be charged a resort and amneity fee with these policies and no seating. Room was clean and modern, but the only other issue we had was the lack of storage..could have put a small dresser by the window or bed for clothes. The closet was poorly configured and needed a dowel to hang clothes, esp for people who brought dressy clothes...instead of piling them on hooks. Mom couldnt reach high shelves...No towel racks or hooks in bathroom area...LOTS of humidity in the room, that our floor was often wet and filthy, so be careful and bring flips flops to wear inside. On a positive note: Maurice was so friendly and helpful, offering many suggestions. He made our stay pleasant and enjoyable, as it is rare to find these days. He was a gem, helping with coffee in the morning and ANY needs we had throughout our stay.

Stayed 6 nights end of July. Pros: -on site parking with Tesla chargers - beach facing the hotel has amazing low tides. My teen spent HOURS hunting for scallops, crabs, horseshoe crabs. - modern decor - amazing open common areas to chill with pool table, fire Pitts for roasted marshmallows, eat out meals - access to microwave utensils, coffee, hot water, popcorn machine - on site mini store at reception for ice cream, water and snacks but expensive. 1 gallon water is 8$ - room very comfy, beds comfy -on site washer/dryer -private shuttle to town -very friendly staff and reception Cons: - I suggest hooks to be installed in bathroom wall and bedroom wall to hang towels and belongings - pool table needs maintenance. The sticks often broken. You can purchase new replacement tips on Amazon for cheap - I highly suggest filter water dispenser on site instead of selling water at reception. I feel like it's a basic need. Much more than free coffee IMHO. - I suggest a wire of hanger on balcony to hang out wet beach towels and swimsuits

Room was nice and clean, coffee maker but no microwave, tap water was cloudy and had a funny taste, all in all a good experience

Nice location. Quiet with full frontal view of the ocean. Maurice was forthcoming and suggested The Lobster Pot for dinner which didn’t disappoint.
