There was a monor mixup with our room and the wonderful employee at the front desk “Roberta” went to great lengths to fix things. Her hospitality was wonderful and really made the trip great. She suggested several excellent restaurants and really tied the whole trip together well for us. We are lucky she was working when we checked in. The facilities here are also top notch, the heater pool was wonderful. I WILL return here due to the excellent accommodations and the top notch employees (she really was splendid and immediately fixed any minorities we had!). Thanks for an awesome weekend in the cape :)

Came to cape cod for lobster pot as soon as I heard it opened and had an amazing stay at Harbor Hotel Provincetown. What a quiet and peaceful time by the sea. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room is nice and cozy. Will definitely visit again when it’s warmer!!

Nous avons adoré ce motel très propre bel accueil, très bien situé, la salle de bain et vieille et petite mais je passe pas mes vacances la! Tous les chiens sont admis et partout a Provincetown il y a des bols d’eau pour vos chiens! Le soir il y a 4 emplacements pour feux de camp organisé pas l’hotel , belle piscine et jeux d’eau pour enfants

Our experience was great, but what made our experience phenomenal was Kevin at the Front desk. He helped us with anything we needed. He’s an essential part of this hotel. I can’t say enough good things about Kevin and his hospitality.
